You can use this app to connect your Facebook page with your online store and chat with customers through Facebook. To activate the app you’ll need a Script. Follow the steps to activate your app:

  1. Create or open your Facebook page
  2. Open Settings
  3. Go to Messaging
  4. Find “Add Messenger to your website“
  5. Click Get Started
  6. Click on Set up and follow the steps
  7. In step 3 copy the script and paste it to your shop admin
  8. Make the app active and save the changes
