You can find them in the Catalog menu. Here you create different attribute groups that refer to the product. You just click on “add attribute group” and create it. Once ready you can add attributes to every group. (e.g. if the attribute group is Color, attributes can be yellow, red, or blue). Once done adding attributes you can rearrange them using the draggable handle.
