A Facebook catalog is a container that holds information about the items you want to advertise or sell across Facebook and Instagram. You can find it in the Apps menu. Select categories for which you want to create a feed and click the button.
This action will automatically create the feed. You can open it from the link and download it. Then go to your Facebook catalog manager and follow the steps:
- Create Catalogue
- Select the type of your catalog and follow the steps to finish the creation of the catalog. When the catalog is created you need to add products to it.
- Choose Data sources
- Add products
- Use bulk upload
- In the next step, you have three options to choose from – File upload, Scheduled feed, and Google sheets. If you select Scheduled feed you may use the link that’s created when you select categories in your Facebook catalog feed app, and you’ll have to add time when the feed to be automatically updated. Keep in mind that if you choose another option you’ll still be able to add a schedule update to it.
- To use the file you created from your shop admin you need to select the File upload option
- Then just follow the steps to upload your products
You can repeat the steps to add as many catalogs as you want and use them later for your Facebook shop.
