Tidio is a live chat. You can find it in the Apps menu of your shop admin. To activate the app you’ll need a script code. Follow the steps to activate it:
- Login to your account or create one here
- Follow the steps and fill in your data
- Copy/paste the code into your shop admin
- Make the app active and Save the changes
