JivoChat is a live chat software. You can find it in the Apps menu of your shop admin. To activate the app you’ll need a script code. Follow the steps to activate it:
- Login to your account or create one here
- Follow the steps and fill in your data
- On the final step select “I’ll install later”
- Then Copy the code and paste it to your shop admin
- Make the app active and save the changes
