An abandoned cart occurs when a user adds products to his cart but doesn’t proceed to checkout and complete the purchase. The purpose of the app is to help you recover sales from abandoned shopping carts with great-looking automated emails. You can find the app in the Apps menu of your shop admin. Follow the steps to activate it:
- Choose your emailing schedule
- Make the app active and save the changes
