Reward points system allows you to reward customers with points for various actions they take on your website such as making purchases, writing product reviews, etc. You can find it in the Marketing menu. Reward points can be used as discounts on the next purchases. You can reward users with points via events and purchases.
- Earning points by an event
You can activate the following events – writing a review, account registration, and newsletter subscription. When the event is active your customers will earn reward points that can be redeemed later in your shop. - Earning points by purchase
You can set up how many points to be earned by customers by spending money and respectively the discount of an order when a certain amount of points is used.
When you’re done with the set up just activate the feature and save the changes.
