You can find them in the Catalog menu. From here you can see customers’ reviews, edit and publish them for the product they are about. When you decide to publish a customer’s review only then it will be visible to everyone else at your store. It’s the same when you create a review by yourself. After the review is saved, mark publish, and then it will be visible on the shop.
